Stallholder Terms & Conditions

Mar 15, 2025

All stallholders must comply with ANM's terms and conditions to participate in events.

Key Conditions

  • Insurance: All vendors must hold valid Public & Product Liability Insurance ($20 million)

  • Compliance: Vendors must adhere to food safety and general market regulations.

  • Conduct: Vendors must operate within ANM’s guidelines to maintain a safe and professional environment.

  • Boundaries: Stay within your allocated marquee boundary (3 x 3 or 3 x 6) and refrain from having tables or racks out the front of your marquee.

  • Weather: All our markets are outdoors with no shade or cover from the elements. While we understand some vendors may require shade and/or shelter for their products, unfortunately we cannot guarantee this.

  • Allocation: Vendors do not have allocated spots and will be bumped in on arrival by the event manager at each event. We ask that you be flexible and adjust to the current environment as every event is different.

  • Bump in: Bump in times open 2 hours before the market opens. Should you arrive early please wait outside the market area until the event manager advises bump in is open. We ask you to be patient and allow the event managers to complete their setup and have everything ready so that everyone has a trouble free experience bumping in and setting up.

  • Bump out: Bump out is only allowed once the event manager has advised it is safe to do so. Please DO NOT under any circumstance bring your car on site unless you have been advised to do so.

  • Pack down: One of the event staff will come around at the end of the night and let you know when you are able to start packing down. Please do not pack down before being told you are able to do so.

  • Parking: All vendors will be advised where parking will be on the day. There will be a designated carpark which will free up parking for patrons. There is no parking behind the stalls, unless otherwise advised on the day by the event manager due to possible forecasted weather conditions.

  • Pets: No pets onsite for any reason. If you require a service dog to accompany you then you must have your paperwork with you and the dog must be wearing a harness stating it's a service animal.

  • Rubbish: Vendors are asked to dump their rubbish at the end of the night, not during the event. Rubbish is to be dumped in the designated rubbish trailer NOT inside the wheelie bins.

  • Marquees:  All vendors with a marquee are asked to bring BOTH weights and pegs to every market event, Depending on the site and conditions on the day you may need to peg, weight or at times both may be required.

  • Food marquees: All food marquees must have both side walls up, a half wall across the front and the back wall may be left off to allow access.

  • Weights: We require a minimum of 10 kilos on each leg, although ideally we would prefer 15 kilos per leg, as well as pegs. If you do not have the required minimum you will not be able to trade.

  • Smoking/vaping: Should you wish to smoke or vape please check with event staff where to find the designated smoking areas. We do not allow smoking or vaping behind or in the marquees at any time.

  • Penalties: Failure to comply may result in termination of participation.
