Vendors are responsible for setting up their own stalls. This guide explains what is required for a successful setup.

Required Equipment

• Retail Stalls: Vendors must provide their own marquee, tables, chairs, and sandbags.

• Food Trucks & Trailers: Must be registered and meet safety requirements.

• Power Supply:

  • Vendors can request 10 Amp power cords at $25 per cord.

  • Silent generators are required for food trucks and trailers.

  • Power usage must be monitored to stay within the allocated limit.

Weather Preparedness

• ANM recommends vendors prepare for all weather conditions.

• Weights and additional coverings may be necessary.
