Q: How can I apply to be a vendor at Aussie NightMarkets?
A: You need to complete the ANM Stallholder Application form and submit it along with the required documents, including Public & Product Liability Insurance and necessary compliance certificates.
Q: What documents do I need to submit with my application?
A: You must submit:

A completed application form with a list of products

Public & Product Liability Insurance ($10 million each)

Proof of payment by the invoice due date

If you're a food vendor: Food Safety Supervisor Certificate, Food Handling Certificate, and Gas & Electric Compliance Certificates (for food trucks)
Q: When do I need to make a payment?
A: Payment must be made no more than 2 weeks in advance and must be received by the invoice due date. Failure to pay on time may result in your spot being reallocated.
Q: Can I change the products I sell after submitting my application?
A: Any changes to your product list must be approved by ANM Management.
Q: Can I sell coffee, tea, or hot chocolate at Aussie NightMarkets?
A: No, ANM has an exclusive coffee vendor at all events. No other vendors are allowed to sell coffee, teas, or hot chocolate.
Food Vendor-Specific Questions
Q: Do I need council approval to sell food?
A: Yes, all food vendors must be registered and approved by the local council where they will be trading. A copy of this approval must be sent to ANM.
Q: What food certifications are required?

Q: Can I bring my own generator?
A: Yes, but only silent generators are allowed. ANM does not provide power for trailers or trucks.
Stall Setup & Power Usage
Q: What do I need to bring for my stall setup?
A: Retail stallholders must provide their own marquee, tables, chairs, and sandbags. ANM encourages stallholders to be prepared for all weather conditions.
Q: How much does power cost?
A: Power cords (10 Amps) are available at $25 per cord. Stallholders must monitor their power usage.
Q: Are there restrictions on stall sizes for food trucks & trailers?
A: Yes, you must provide the length of your truck/trailer including the tow bar and indicate the serving side on your application.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Q: What happens if I fail to pay on time?
A: If payment is not received within the required timeframe, your spot may be reallocated.
Q: Can I get a refund if I cancel my booking?
A: Refunds depend on how much notice you provide:

Q: What happens if I don’t comply with ANM’s terms and conditions?
A: Failure to comply may result in termination of your agreement and exclusion from future events.
Q: How do I acknowledge and agree to the terms?
A: You must sign the declaration on the application form, confirming that you understand and agree to the terms.
Application Process

Forms Required: To apply, complete both the Vendor Registration Form and the Event Availability & Pricing Form. These forms are essential to set up your business in their system and to apply for upcoming events. It's recommended to use a PC or laptop for this process, as mobile devices may encounter issues uploading PDFs and images.
Documentation for Food & Dessert Vendors

Council Registration: Depending on the type of food or dessert you plan to offer, you may need to register with the local council. If allocated a market spot, the ANM team will request the relevant council approval documentation.
Stall Setup and Requirements

Equipment: Stallholders are responsible for supplying and erecting their own market tents and trestle tables. Ensure your tent is installed properly and does not cause damage to the site. The tent must be removed at the end of each trading day. Additionally, all electrical equipment and leads must be tagged in compliance with relevant workplace laws and regulations.
