Food vendors must comply with health and safety regulations. This guide outlines the necessary requirements.

Required Certifications

• Food Safety Supervisor (FSS) Certificate (in the name of the person operating the stall).

• Food Handling Certificate (valid and current).

• Gas & Electric Compliance Certificates (for all food trucks).

• Council Registration & Approval (proof must be provided to ANM).

Food Restrictions

• Vendors cannot sell coffee, tea, or hot chocolate due to an exclusive vendor agreement.

• All food items must be approved before the event.
